Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with, open Last Legal, then tap Info → Restore Limiting Factor. It also works after deleting and reinstalling the app.

No. Limiting Factor is a one-off purchase. There's nothing to cancel and no renewal.

Apple and Google take the payment, so refunds go through them: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, and on Android from your Google Play order history. If you're stuck, email us and we'll help.

An anonymous ID the app creates for your purchase. We can't see your name or Apple or Google account, so if you email us about a purchase, include this ID and we can find it.

The maximum FDP comes from UK ORO.FTL.205 Table 2, as published on legislation.gov.uk, with UK clock changes worked out from the duty's date. Every cell of the table is checked against the regulation text. The app shows figures only: whether a sector operates is the commander's decision.

Airport standby: the FDP counts from the start of the standby, and the maximum FDP is reduced by any standby time over 4 hours up to when they report.

Home standby: the maximum FDP is reduced by standby time over 6 hours up to when they report. Time between 23:00 and 07:00 before the call doesn't count.

The Info screen in the app lists what is and isn't modelled. Not covered at the moment: commander's discretion, delayed reporting, split duty, home standby followed by airport standby, the 18-hour awake limit, unacclimatised crew and cumulative limits. Your operator's scheme and OM-A always take priority.
